SCA amendment to Circular No. 13/95

1. Item 2, paragraph 3 of Circular No. 13/1995 concerning Northbound convoy has been amended to read as follows:
   
2. Ordinary ships allowed to join the Northbound convoy.
   
   a) Ordinary ships arriving between 0300 and 0400 hrs can join this convoy against a surcharge of 3 % of the normal transit dues with a maximum of SDR 7000.
   
   b) When arriving between 0400 and 0500 hrs they are allowed to join the same convoy against a surcharge of 5% of the transit tolls with a maximum of SDR 10500.
